Scope and goal

The TAPOST 2012 conference continues a series of annual conferences started in 2000. The objective of the conference is to establish a communication and knowledge sharing on software testing among all types of IT professionals, researchers and students. Priority is given to the industry experience and frontier theories.

Registration fee

Participation fee is 10 LVL or 15 Eur (VAT included)

Under the ERASMUS teacher exchange program lecturer Muhammad Tahir Riaz from Aalborg University, Danmark visits  RTU Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology from May 7 to May 16.

 

Lectures will be held on May 8 (18.15 – 21.30) and May 15 (18.15 – 21.30) in Meza street 1/4 – auditorium 546 for 2nd year Computer Systems and Business Informatics master students. Topic of the lectures is “Knowledge management system from networking perspective”.

Business Informatics pre-condition course for students without pre-knowledge in Databases in now available as on-demand blended course. It means that you can assign for the course at any time via  Foreign Students Ddepartment (international students) or via RTU Tālāizglītības nodaļa (local students).

NOTE! The course is time-consuming one - DO NOT BE LATE for the 2012/13 Autumn admission in Business Informatics with deadline for foreign students on July 1 and for local students at the end of August. Make sure you finish the course before the admission deadline!

IBM invites students to test their abilities in the Business Consultant competition

15 March 2012, Vilnius. IT company IBM Lietuva invites students in the fields of business, economics, IT, and computer science to participate in the Business Run competition of IT consultants. The competition was organized already two times in Lithuania and has been of great interest among local students in the past. It is the first time Business Run is going international and will be attended by representatives of all Baltic countries.

The admission for Autumn semester has started on February 1, 2012. The deadline for applications is July 1, 2012.

The requested documents should be sent to infobf53d4d30e1632cec36d5e06b9144949 rtuasd.lv.

The package of documents is the following:

  • Passport copy
  • Application form
  • Education documents (Secondary school certificates, undergraduate or graduate certificates and transcripts.)
  • Within two-weeks time you should pay registration/application fee (150$) transfering it to the RTU account or via Western Union.
